The Teledyne HiRel qualification process begins with a decision on qualification type, based on the program's reliability requirements, mission duration, radiation environment, and budget. Once the qualification tier is agreed, the product proceeds through assembly and production test capability, then through the agreed screening and qualification flow. Standard products follow established flows; non-standard requirements use custom SCD flows or resurrection/test services.
